limited to, fees paid for monthly, quarterly, or annual subscriptions, as well as any additional features
or services purchased.

Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for our services, allowing you to evaluate our products before
committing to a paid subscription. During the trial period, you will have full access to the features and
functionalities of the service. At the end of the trial period, you will be required to subscribe to a paid
plan to continue using the service. We encourage you to take advantage of the trial period to determine
if the service meets your needs, as no refunds will be provided once a subscription fee has been charged.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund
of any prepaid fees. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of
your current billing period, after which your access will be terminated.

Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional circumstances, we may, at our sole discretion, consider a refund request. Such
circumstances may include:

  • Proven technical issues with the service that significantly impair its functionality and cannot be
    resolved in a reasonable timeframe.
  • Erroneous charges due to billing errors on our part.

To request a refund under exceptional circumstances, you must contact our support team within 30 days
of the charge in question. We reserve the right to deny any refund request if we determine that the
circumstances do not warrant it.


Initiating a chargeback with your credit card provider or bank without first contacting our support team
to resolve the issue is a violation of this policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account
in such cases and may take legal action to recover any costs incurred as a result of the chargeback.
